MIDDLE-EARTH TIMELINE
Lego The Hobbit (2014) is a Lego-themed action-adventure game developed by Traveller's Tales and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment for PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation Vita, Windows and OS X. It follows Lego The Lord of the Rings.
The game adapts the first two films of Peter Jackson's Hobbit trilogy, An Unexpected Journey and The Desolation of Smaug. Players lead Bilbo, Gandalf and the thirteen dwarves of Thorin's Company, each with his own skills, and gather materials to build big Lego objects. Bilbo becomes a better fighter once he finds Sting, and the One Ring lets him turn invisible. A DLC adapting The Battle of the Five Armies was announced but never released, so the story stops at the end of the second film.
Bilbo and the dwarves of Thorin's Company set out for the Lonely Mountain in this Lego adaptation of An Unexpected Journey and The Desolation of Smaug.
