MIDDLE-EARTH TIMELINE
Men of the West is the channel of Yoystan, who has been talking about Tolkien's legendarium on YouTube for more than ten years. He covers characters, peoples and lore questions, and how adaptations such as The Rings of Power treat the books.
His longer video essays look at the bigger picture, such as how the maps of Middle-earth evolved over time or why The Lord of the Rings is not more popular today. A new video comes out almost every week, with a calm and thoughtful tone.
